Judy Sansing Linton

Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Sansing Linton will begin at 11:00 am Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Reverend Paul Raley officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in the Zero community. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Linton, 72, of Meridian, passed away October 26, 2019 at Poplar Springs Nursing Center of Meridian.

Mrs. Judy was a member of Spring Hill United Methodist Church for over 35 years where she taught Sunday School and served in numerous other capacities. She was retired from Scooba Elementary School where she taught for over 14 years; she taught in numerous schools prior to Scooba.

Mrs. Linton is survived by her husband of 36 years, Avil Linton; Step-son, William Linton; Sister-in-law, Beth Wade. Brother, Jim Sansing; special cousin, Janelle Linton Avera as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Mrs. Judy is preceded in death by her father, Parker Sansing; mother, Ada Lou Sansing; brother, Bill Sansing; two brothers-in-law, and one sister-in-law.

The family suggest that memorials be made as donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in lieu of flowers.

Pallbearers will be friends and relatives of Mrs. Linton. Honorary pallbearer will be Mississippi Chris Sharp.
