Julian Westbrook Graveside services for Julian Westbrook will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Clay Memorial Cemetery in Cuba, AL. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Julian Westbrook, 88, of the Russell Community went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 26, 2014. He was a veteran of WWII and was employed with Meridian Oxygen and Honda for 38 years before retiring to pursue his love of gardening, woodworking, and welding. Mr. Westbrook is survived by his wife of 62 years, Clora Cosby Westbrook; daughters, Joyce Reed of Russell, MS and Lynne Harvell of Minneapolis, MN; sister-in-law, Betty Cosby of Tishomingo, MS; seven granddaughters; many great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Westbrook and Alma Alford Westbrook; brother, Edward Westbrook; brother-in-law, James Cosby; son-in-law, Doug Reed; special cousins, Maurice and Hulda Westbrook and Isaac and Amelia Shelton. Pallbearers will be his grandsons-in-law, David Burton, T.R. Cook, Darren Smith and Great-grandsons, Eric Irby, Jake Smith, and Ryan Smith.
