Funeral services for Ms. Karen Dale Anderson will be held at 2:30PM, Monday, March 3, 2025, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Baylor officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the funeral arrangements.

Ms. Karen Anderson, age 65, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Karen was a hardworking, loving, and especially caring mother, grandmother, and sister. Most people would describe Ms. Karen as the most humble and nicest woman they have ever met. She had a kind soul and a big heart. Karen especially loved all animals and everyone she met.

If you knew Karen, you knew she loved the Lord and was a dedicated Christian. She was raised at Meridale Baptist Church and later became a member of Russell Baptist Church. She spent everyday watching her favorite Pastor, Charles Stanley and his amazing sermons, as well as David Jeremiah.

Karen was loved by so many and will be dearly missed.

Karen Anderson is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Chatham (Ricky) and Brittany White (Max); grandchildren, Crey, Layla, Corbin, Kai, Skylar, and Graham; sister, Lisa Goforth (Marce); nieces and nephews, Kate Berberick, Robby Godwin, Kevin Goforth (Angie), Joni Baylor (James), Daniel Goforth (Kristin), and Tristan Goforth; sister-in-law, Jennifer Anderson, a host of great-nieces and nephews, and significant other, Tom Armes and his extended family.

Ms. Anderson is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Margaret Watkins, and sister, Pamela Snodgrass.

Pallbearers will be Max White, Ricky Hinson, Kevin Goforth, Daniel Goforth, Tristan Goforth, and Crey Brister.

Honorary pallbearers will be Corbin Brister, and Kai Branch.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until 2:15PM, prior to Chapel services on Monday.
