Kathleen Butler Koonce Funeral services for Kathleen Butler Koonce will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Leslie Aucoine officiating. Burial will be at Coker's Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Koonce, 96, of Meridian passed away on April 18, 2015, at her home. She was a member of Glad Tiding Church. Survivors include her daughter, Eula Denmark and husband, J.R. of Pascagoula; son, Bobby Koonce and wife, Verleen of Whynot community; daughter, Dorothy Smith and husband, Taylor of Whynot; son, James Koonce of Whynot; fifteen grandchildren; thirtyone great-grandchildren; thirty great-great grandchildren and four great-great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Silas Joseph Koonce; son-in-law, Riddell Smith; two grandchildren, Marlin Smith and Joey Koonce; three great-grandchildren, Chris Tidwell, Shannon Favre and Jesseca Merrevilha Armstrong. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Smith, Travis Smith, Matthew Smith, Everett Butler, William Butler and John Wood Butler. Family and friends may sign the online guest book at robertbarhamffh.com.
