Kathy M. Luke Graveside services for Kathy M. Luke will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 2:00 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, with Reverend Scott Crenshaw and Reverend Hack McMullen officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Luke, 60, of Meridian, died Sunday, October 24, 2010 at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was a member of Mt.Zion Baptist Church and will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Robert V. Luke of Meridian; daughter, Tressy Tingle and her husband Jeff of Meridian; grandchildren, Luke Tingle and Hannah Tingle; brothers, Wayne Shirley and his wife Sherry of Meridian, Stanley Shirley and his wife Wanda of Quitman; sisters, Peggy Bolen and her husband Paul of Meridian, Tina Stanley of Meridian; mother, Edith Shirley of Meridian. She was preceded in death by her father, E.A. "Honey" Shirley; daughter, Tina Michelle Luke; and son, Robert Verdell Luke, Jr. The family requests memorials be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
