Kenneth "Kenny" Ross

Graveside services for Kenny Ross will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., at Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery, with Reverend Franklin McLelland officiating.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Ross, 50, of Meridian, passed away March 16 at his home.

Kenny was a 1983 graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School.  While still in high school, he started work at Firestone, where he was employed for twenty-nine years.  He was a talented and honest mechanic who enjoyed helping build engines at Whynot racetrack.  He will be remembered as a loving father, a good friend, a faithful brother, and someone who would help anyone.

Survivors include his children, Crystal (Sam) Dearman, Keith Dailey, and Jennifer Ross; granddaughters, Maia Litchfield and Hannah Dailey; siblings, Larry (Susan) Ross, Charlie (Yvette) Ross, and Kristy (Ronnie) Turk; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and J’nell Ross; and sister, Terry Sellers.
