Keven Benjamin "Ben" Roberts A celebration of life service for Keven Benjamin "Ben" Roberts will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with The Reverends Dano Rainer and Corey Fontaine. Visitation will be held 3 hours prior to service. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Ben, age 30, died Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Ben attended West Lauderdale High School then followed in his Father's footsteps to begin a career in the electrical industry. At the time of his death he was an Estimator/Project Manager with Edwards Electric Service. He was an avid bow hunter, enjoyed being outdoors, and loved spending time with his daughter. He attended Fellowship Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Vanessa Roberts; daughter, Brooke; sister, Morgan Gail Roberts and fiancé Chet Griffith, all of Meridian. He is also survived by Grandfather, Marvin Roberts; Grandmother, Mazell Dees;Aunts, Tamaria Muirhead and husband, David; Billie Weathers Stephenson and husband David; Susan Henderson and husband Kent; Uncles, Alan Roberts and wife Marci; and Terry Roberts; other survivors include Ben's girlfriend KandiWalters and son Kaleb. He was proceeded in death by his Grandmothers, Janice Roberts and Sue Gail Weathers; Aunt, Melinda Gail Weathers and cousin, Jayson Roberts. Pallbearers will be Tommy Cason, Todd Neal, Mark Westover, Keith Covington, Kent Henderson, and Kaleb Walters. Honorary pallbearer is Dakota Cason. Ben will be dearly missed by his family and friends yet his legacy will continue on through others who have received the gift of life through his sacrificial organ donation.
