Larinda June Payne Memorial services for Larinda June Payne will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at Long Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Morris and her son, Nelson Smith officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Payne, age 68, of Meridian, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Larinda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, Philip W. Payne; sons, Nelson Smith and Patrick (Scott) Smith; daughter, Sherrie June Smith; sisters, Gloria Mixon, Pam Scribner; brothers, Jimmy, Jerry and Charles Collins; grandchildren, JoHannah, Rebekah Noah Smith, Lyndz, Victoria and Alexis Carney, Shyriel, Arahill, Lisa and Kara Smith; great-grandchildren, Bentley Smith, Eli and Levi Smith and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ardell and Ruth Collins; brother, Bobby Collins; her grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
