Larry G. Allen Services for Larry G. Allen will be held Monday, June 3, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Carl White officiating with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Allen 80 of Meridian died June 1, 2013 at Infinity Hospice in Marion. Mr. Allen retired from Owen Corning Fiberglass. He was a long-time member of Highland Baptist Church and loved his Sunday School Class. Survivors include: wife, Norma J. Allen of Meridian; brother, Wade Allen (Ann) of Meridian; Sister-in-law, Margaret Allen of DeKalb; Sisters, Dwight A. Eldridge of Butler, AL, Jean Sanders (Lewis) and Bobbie Vick (Elwood) of Meridian, and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his brother Parker S. Allen. The Family request memorials be made to: American Cancer Society or Highland Baptist Church building renovation fund. Visitation was held Sunday 5:00 7:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home.
