Larry "Skip" Holloway

Funeral services for Mr. Larry "Skip" Holloway will begin at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend David Keller officiating. Interment will follow at Causeyville Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Holloway, of the Zero Community, died Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Skip was the owner and operator of Holloway Termite and Pest Control since 2003; his pride and joy. Skip loved running and owning his own business. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing in his spare time. Skip loved being on the Tombigbee River enjoying the water and being with his family and friends. Pawpaw was his favorite title given by his grandchildren and his adopted grandchildren. He also loved music and playing his harmonica.

Skip is survived by his children, James "Skeeter" Dial (Ashlie), Eli Holloway, Jonathan Thrasher (Beth), Joey Holloway (Vannah), and Josh Holloway (Cortney). Grandchildren, Haylee Dial, Dray Jones, Cade Hopkins, Taylor Jones, Landrye Hopkins, Hallie Holloway, Sadie Holloway, Averie "Nugget" Holloway, and Melody Holloway. One brother, Clifford "Scooter" Holloway, Sr.; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Mr. Holloway is preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Debbie Holloway; his daughter, Brandy Butler; and his parents, Jack and Francis Holloway.

Pallbearers will be Shon McBrayer, Jason Ortego, Scotty Sanderford, Clifford Holloway, Boo-boo Marchand, Jarred Hyde with Arnold Ray Enzor and Scott Tisdale serving as honorary pallbearers.
