Lavon Patrick Temple Graveside services for Lavon Patrick Temple will be held Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Reverends Drew Dabbs and Justin Knight officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Temple, 83, of Meridian, died Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Marion. Mrs. Temple will be remembered as a loving mother who enjoyed gardening and her church. Survivors include her son, Kyle Temple and his wife Kathy of Meridian; granddaughter, Claire Temple of Meridian; and special niece Roseann Knight of Meridian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Norma Patrick; brothers, James, Clifford, Curtis and her twin Lavern Patrick; sisters, May Harris and Myrtis Sykes.
