Leroy C. Collins Graveside services for Leroy C. Collins will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Grove cemetery, Bonita, with Rev. Roy Dabbs officiating and Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Collins, 78, of Meridian died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Collins was retired from the U S Army. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, V F W and Phi Kappa. Survivors include, daughters, Debbie Carr and husband, Russell of Meridian and Donna Nester of Ocean Springs, MS; mother of his children, Syble Collins of Meridian; grandchildren, Stacey Davis and husband, Bobby of Houston, TX, Allen Carr and wife, Kelly of Meridian, Lesley Carr of Meridian, Jessica Nester of Meridian and Cody Nester of Ocean Springs; great grandchildren, Carson Boutwell, Micah Carr, Elizabeth Carr, Jack and Tedder Davis and Rachel Carr; Brothers, Ben Collins and wife, Dorothy, Gene Collins and wife, Betty and Marion Collins; a sister Linda Barousse, all of Meridian and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, B. W. and Lillie Collins and a sister, Bernice Bonner.
