Graveside services for Levi "Lynn" Limerick will be held Monday, February 12, 2024, at 2:30 P.M. at Magnolia Cemetery with Rev. Clint Jackson and his son, Rev. David Limerick officiating. Visitation will be at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home on Monday from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M.

Levi "Lynn" Limerick, born April 18, 1942, at home in Lauderdale County and passed away peacefully at his home on February 7, 2024, surrounded by loved ones at the age of 81.
Lynn was born to the late Levi and Ruby Limerick. Lynn worked 39 years at Bell South as a lineman, and in the ESS office. Lynn also worked as a DJ for WDAL in the 1960's, hosting the morning show. Lynn was a member of the Communication Workers of America, Bodka Valley Deer Camp, and Briarwood Country Club. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Meridian, Mississippi.
Lynn enjoyed spending time with his family, writing poetry, traveling to historical destinations, playing golf, hunting, dirt track racing, NASCAR, and cheering on his Ole Miss Rebels, Atlanta Braves, and New Orleans Saints. His passion for sports led him to referee many high school football and basketball games. He spent many years attending sporting events, pageants, and competitions to cheer on his family. He will be remembered for his love of God and passion for life.
Lynn is survived by his children, daughter, Donna LeAnne Harrison (Charles); son David Lynn Limerick (Stacey); step-daughter, Shonda Cumberland (Jay); and step-son, Danny Morgan; grandchildren, Kayleigh Street (Dakota); Michael Chandler (Jessica); Kyle David Limerick; Kristin Lynn Limerick; and Ashley Maples (John); great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Ellah-Grace, and Eden Street; June Chandler; Emmy Lou and Lynlee Faye Maples; sister, Margaret Whitlock; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Faye Glass Limerick; parents, Levi and Ruby Wedgeworth Limerick; siblings, Mary Lou Tice; Johnn Limerick (Lou Ella); Madis Covington (Sam); Gladys Null (Ed); Joyce Drachenberg (Richard); Dorothy Collins (Benny); Ellen Wilkerson (Garwin); Faye Webb (Harvey); and brother-in-law, Leland Whitlock.
