Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Kay Wilkerson will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow at Herbert Baptist Church Cemetery.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Linda Kay Wilkerson, age 71, of Meridian, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 2, 2020.

Linda was better known as “Nana.”  She passionately loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Her sweet spirit will be affectionately remembered by her family, friends, and beloved pets.  Linda loved the Lord and her church family.  The Wilkerson family finds peace in the knowledge that Nana is no longer in pain and is with the Lord.

Linda is survived by her son, Robert Wilkerson (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Collin and Addy; her siblings, Kacy Lucky (Stanley), Deona Doyle, and Terry Tims (Liz); and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Wilkerson; her parents, William and Elsie Tims; and her siblings, Catherine Smith, Jerry Tims, and Gloria Morrison.

Pall bearers will be Stanley Lucky, Robert Lucky, Joey Knight, David Holifield, Mike Hopkins, and Nathan Lucky.  Her grandson Collin is currently deployed and will be an honorary pall bearer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared with Russell Christian Academy.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 8 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. at the funeral home.
