Lloyd Irvin Hutcherson

Funeral services for Lloyd Irvin Hutcherson will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Andy May, Chris Gully and TJ Jennings officiating. Burial will be at Pine Forest Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Hutcherson, age 81, of Collinsville, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018, at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Lloyd was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church. He retired as a Journeyman Electrician, member of Local 917 Union. He taught Industrial Electricity at John Stennis Vocational Complex for 25 years and served as Mayor of Scooba for 26 years. Lloyd was an avid musician and played in churches and several different bands over the years. He will be remembered for his generosity and charity to those in need.

Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Shirley Tucker Hutcherson; step son, Dan Pierce; granddaughter, Audrey Pierce; brother, Otis Hutcherson; niece, Kathy Hutcherson; and nephew, Gary Hutcherson (Nicole).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Ola Hutcherson.

The family request memorials be made to Pine Forest Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or charity of choice.

Pallbearers will be Bill Pace, Gary Hutcherson, John Harpole, Michael Van Drunen, Billy Rogers, and Johnny Patterson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Haeward Beddingfield, Tinker Frazier, Earl Robinson, Steve Tucker, and IBEW Retiree Breakfast Club members.
