Graveside services for Louvenia S. Bateman will be held Friday, August 12, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Bateman, age 96, of Newton, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by Sybel Wilson, Graceville, FL, David Miller, wife Janice, Newton, MS, Judy Hines, Enterprise, MS, and Terry Lee Bateman, wife Sherry, Meridian, MS; she had 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sons Daniel (Mack) Miller and Jerry Miller; and 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

Pallbearers will be Tommy McNamara, Jason Bateman, Rick Peterson, Jeffery Jones, and Ben Russell.
