Services for Lucille Smith Hayes will be held on Friday, April 4, 2014, at 2:00p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Chris Vowell officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Hayes, 86, of Meridian died Wednesday, April 2, 2014. She was a dedicated daughter, wife, and mother.
Survivors include her husband of sixty-six years, E.J. Hayes of Meridian; daughters, Peggy Van Devender of Philadelphia and Carol Driskill and husband Gary of Collinsville; grandchildren, Amy Van Devender of Philadelphia, Bryan Van Devender of Philadelphia, Gareth Driskill of Collinsville and Dylan Driskill of Collinsville; sister, Catherine Deweese of Meridian and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, R. L. Smith.
