Luke McKain Neyman Luke McKain Neyman, age 38, of Quitman, passed away at his home Wednesday, August 5, 2015. He was a graduate of Clarkdale High School and received his training as a journeyman electrician through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was a proud member of IBEW Local Lodge 917. He is survived by his mother and father, Jerry and Norma Neyman, his brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Layla Neyman, his beloved niece and nephew, Payton Neyman and Jacob Neyman, all of Quitman, MS, his maternal grandmother, Ivy Jean Hill of Columbus, MS, his paternal grandmother Lois Poore Neyman of Columbus, MS. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He leaves behind his dog Girl and his cat Nola, whom he loved very much. Luke was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Olyn Rudolph Hill of Columbus, MS and his paternal grandfather James Ernest Neyman of Columbus, MS. His greatly loved maternal great grandfather, Ross Warren Fulton of Steens, MS, also preceded Luke in death. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and grandson. His family meant everything to him. In return, he was greatly loved by all. He enjoyed family events and made every effort to be at each one. He especially loved spending time with Payton and Jacob and considered himself lucky to be their uncle. Luke was a kind and loving soul with a giving heart. He loved children and animals. He brought home many dogs, cats, and even a rabbit who were in need of homes. He never turned his back on any animal or person who was in need of help. His laughter and his sweet smile will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A sensitive soul has departed this world and left the rest of us here on earth to hold his memory close in our hearts. A memorial visitation will be held Sunday, August 16, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Tunica Humane Society so that more dogs and cats can be rescued in Luke's name. The address is Tunica Humane Society, PO Box 236, Tunica, MS 38676.
