Funeral service for Mamie D. Coker will be held Friday, December 8, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Coker's Chapel with Rev. David Keller and Rev. Jesse Long officiating, burial to follow at Coker's Chapel cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Mamie Dean Coker, age 91, of Meridian passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Wisteria Manor of Shubuta.

Survivors include her husband of 72 years Jack Coker; children, Johnny Coker (Debbie), Becky Taylor (Dwane), Susie Butler (Curtis), and Cindy Coker; grandchildren, John Coker (Karah), Holly Roberts (Adam), Dwane Taylor, Jr. (Leigh), Ryan Taylor (Hannah), Philip Butler (Jennifer), Matthew Butler, Jay Coker, Jena Coker Jacobs, Jeremy Smith (Anna), and Leah McMahan (Lance); numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by son, Rev. Hiram Coker, Jr.; parents, John and Mamie Weaver; siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Weaver, James Weaver, Grace Smith, Mark Weaver, and Richard Weaver.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Dwane Taylor, Jr., Ryan Taylor, Jeremy Smith, John Coker, Philip Butler, and Matthew Butler.
