Margaret Louise Boone

A private family service for Mrs. Margaret Boone will be held Monday, August 19, 2024. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Margaret Louise Jones Boone, age 96, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024, at Brookdale Senior Living. She was a wife, mother, and homemaker from a very early age until her death. She was a long time member of Midway Baptist Church and loved to serve the Lord. Margaret was loved by many close friends and family and will be dearly missed.

Margaret is survived by her children, son Frank Boone, Jr. (Polly), daughter, Dianne Stroetz, and son, Dr. Scott Boone; grandchildren, Macon Boone, Alyssa Tamasi (Jon), and Chad Stroetz, and great-grandchildren, Penelope and Enzo Tamasi. She is also survived by her sister, Carolyn Jones Speede and brother, Gerald W. Jones (Lynne).

Mrs. Boone was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Curtis Boone, Sr.; parents, Sam and Inda Saul Jones, and sisters, Evelyn Jones Tingle and Faye Jones Kidd.

The Boone family would like to thank the staff of Brookdale and Compassus Hospice for their kindness and compassion to momma.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials to be made to the Midway Baptist Church in her memory.
