Margaret James Thompson Services for Margaret James Thompson will be held Monday, March 21, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. in Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Raymon Leake and Reverend David McCubbin officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Thompson, 90, of Meridian died Friday, March 18, 2011 at Anderson South. She was active and loved First Baptist Church of Meridian. Her survivors include one son David Eugene Thompson of LaGrange, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband William David Thompson, mother and father Lilly and Bartley Eugene James of Brookhaven; two sisters Mrs. Lovie Pierce Lindsey of Atlanta and Mrs. Elenore Burris of Brookhaven and Robert Purser James of Pine Mountain, Georgia. Pallbearers will be J.B. Barnett, Jim Cady, George Hill, Jack Jackson, Dr. Harry Causey and Benny Harrison.
