Marian Pauline Keene Gullette

Funeral services for Marian K. Gullette will be held Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 2 PM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Bob Followell officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Gullette, 92, of Meridian passed away Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Anderson's Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Gullette was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where she taught the Ruth Ladies Sunday School class for many years. Marian enjoyed crafting and was an avid gardener. She was a member of the Forget-Me-Not Garden Club, The Meridian Council of Garden Clubs, Inc and served on the board of the Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc. She worked in retail sales but enjoyed the last 20 years, before her retirement, managing the Old Faithful Inn gift shop in Yellowstone National Park. At the age of 85 she wrote her autobiography for her family.

Survivors include her daughters, Paula Grayson (Larry) of Lauderdale, Melinda Causey Simmons (Dick) of Meridian, May Hall of Brandon, Beth Lamb (Melvin) of Mt. Pleasant, SC.

A brother, Charles Keene of Palestine, TX.

Grandchildren, Scott Causey (Tana), and Charlotte Love Walton of Meridian, Dan Love of Pearl, Brad Grayson (Rhonda) of Lauderdale, Valerie Love Ainsworth of Florence, MS, Ashlin Jennings, Tara, Holly, Loribeth, Gabrielle and Trey Lamb and all of Mt. Pleasant, SC. 17 Great grandchildren and 4 Great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Frank Gullette, her sons Richard & Steven Gullette, siblings James, Al & Lin Keene, and Virginia Duvalle. Son-in-law Clyde Hall, great granddaughter Rainie Causey and parents Earl & Pauline Speed Keene.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons & great grandsons, Scott Causey, Dan Love, Brad Grayson, Tyler Love, Taylor Love & Aaron Love.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc. Headquarters in Greenwood, MS or Calvary Baptist Church.
