Mary H. Smith Services for Mary H. Smith will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Tommy Espey and Doug Benson officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in House, Mississippi. Mrs. Smith, 76, of Pearl, died Sunday, February 23, 2014, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. She was retired from South Central Bell and was a member of the Bell South Pioneers. Mary was also a member of the Rankin County Master Gardeners. She was a native of Satsuma, Alabama. Survivors include her son, Mark Smith of Holt, Florida; daughters, Suzanne Benson (Doug) of Neshoba County and Colleen Smith of Jackson; grandchildren, David Smith, Eric Smith (Elesha), Jason Smith (Debbie), Tim Smith, Rachelle Fenton, John Mark Benson (Bethany), Laura Huff(Jeremy), Samuel Benson, Shum Benson, Curtis Benson, Spencer Benson and Amy Elizabeth Meeks Smith; nine great-grandchildren; best friend Shirley Brown and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Smith, and parents, Emma and David W. Horton, two brothers and five sisters. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
