Mary Jo McLelland Services for Mary Jo McLelland will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend W.D. Pigott officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. McLelland, 89, of the Blackwater Community died Thursday, August 2, 2012. Mrs. McLelland worked for the telephone company in Jackson, Mississippi. She worked at the Army Base in Hattiesburg at the beginning of the war and served as a secretary at the War Memorial Building in Jackson during the war. She previously owned a catering service in Douglasville, Georgia. Mrs. McLelland later worked in Meridian for Annie Abraham Catering and also for Edna Holland Catering. She was known for her sour cream pound cake. Mrs. McLelland was a faithful member of the Daleville United Methodist Church. Survivors include her sons Charles R. Seab and wife Carole of Ft. Worth, Texas and Ralph Key McLelland and wife Teresa of Madison, Mississippi; grandchildren Jennifer Seab Wright and husband Jeff of Ft. Worth, Texas, Justin Seab of Ft. Worth, Texas, Anna Doyle and husband Stuart of Clinton, Mississippi, Alex Key McLelland and Adam Neal McLelland of Madison; great-grandchildren Jeffery, Josh and Jonah Wright. She was preceded in death by her husbands Charles H. Seab and Neal Key McLelland; five sisters and two brothers. Pallbearers will be Justin Seab, Alex McLelland, Adam McLelland, Donnie Hudson, Reggie Ware, Randall Walters and Phil Walters.
