Mary Etta Joyner Miller

Private funeral services for Mrs. Mary Etta Joyner Miller will be held on Monday, April 13, 2020 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Lynne Anderson officiating.  Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Miller, age 88, of Meridian, passed away April 10, 2020.  She was a graduate of Center Hill School and an active member of Druid Hills Methodist Church.  She was a homemaker and taught cake decorating for Meridian Parks and Recreation for many years.  She loved being with family and friends, fishing, and playing Rook.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband of 69 years, Ambrose Earl Miller, daughters, Sherry Botelho (Norm), Sheila Ledford (James), Mary Pierce; son, David Miller (Robin); 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Peggy Stevens and many much loved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents G. A. Joyner and Mary Lee McKeithen Joyner, and siblings Oliver Joyner, Lorene Herrington, Kenneth Joyner and Virginia Morgan, and granddaughter, Bridget Aniel.
