Mary Courtney Murry

Graveside service for Mary Murry will be held Friday, January 24, 2020, at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia, MS, with Rev. Neil Wigley officiating, burial to follow. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted of arrangements.

Ms. Murry, age 97, of Meridian passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Diversicare in Meridian.

Survivors include her brother, Sam Courtney (Barbara) of Sumrall, MS; nieces, Janice Downing of Pensacola, FL and Patricia Hamilton (Franklin) of Meridian, MS; nephew, Richard Carroll (Marcia) of Newton, MS; a host of grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam T. and Janie Thompson Courtney; sister and brother-in-law, Catherine Courtney Carroll and R.A. Carroll.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation can be made to Westwood Baptist Church.
