Mary Allen Polk

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Polk will be held on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at First Christian Church. Dr. Mark Benson will officiate the service. Burial will be held at Collinsville First Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Polk, 80, of Collinsville passed away on May 18, 2019 at her residence.

Survivors include her husband of almost sixty-two years, Olin Jerrell Polk; children, Dale and Robin Polk, Anita and Raymond Thebo, and Barbara and Robert Grubb; grandchildren, Jessica (Cody) Lattimore, Rebekah Thebo, Kaitlin Polk, Savannah Thebo, and Ashton Brashier; and her great-grandson, Dillon Wright.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
