Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lee Tolbert will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 1:30 P.M. at Providence Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Jackie Strebeck and Bro. Matthew Hitt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Tolbert, age 66, of the Duffee Community passed away Monday, January 15, 2024, at Woodland Courts in Newton, Mississippi.

Mary Lee was a mother, granny and friend to many. Formerly a secretary at MCC in the Dental Hygiene Department where she came across many friends and was fondly known as "Ms. Mary Mac."

Mary Lee leaves behind a daughter, Casey Savell (Jason); a son, Jamie Savell (Tiffany); two grandsons, Andy and Chris Savell; granddaughter, Ellissa Savell; a brother, Olen Mabry (Betsy); and a sister, Nenea Blakemore (Nathan); sisters-in-law, Bobbie Swearingen and Sue Branning; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mary Lee is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Lewis "Butch" Tolbert; son, Alex Chaun Savell; and parents, "Buddy Boy" and Georgialene Mabry.

Pallbearers will be Andy Savell, Chris Savell, Ron Harrison, David Scarbrough, Tiny Clearman, and Colby Clearman.
