Mary Virginia Bird Faerber

Services for Mary Virginia Bird Faerber will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2018  at 6:00 pm at Central United Methodist Church with Reverend John Branning and Reverend Dennis Gossett officiating and Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Cunningham Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Albans, West Virginia on Friday May 4, 2018 at 11:00 am with Bartlett Funeral home handling graveside services.

Mrs. Faerber, 88 of Meridian passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Anderson Regional Medical center.

Mary was a native of St. Albans, West Virginia. She was a 1951 graduate of Marshall College. Mrs. Faerber was a longtime member of Central United Methodist Church where she was a member of the choir for many years. She enjoyed Bridge with her Queen City Bridge Club.

Survivors include her sons; David Faerber (Joanna), Baton Rouge, LA, Ricky Faerber (Wendy), Cottontown, TN and Bobby Faerber (Cristi), Meridian, grandchildren; Woodson Hays Faerber, Denton Brook Hunter (Scott), Forrest Miller Faerber, Kevin  Christopher Faerber, Stephanie Allison Faerber, Noah Alec Faerber, Jenna Estelle Faerber (Fiance' Trent Moore) and Landon Edward Faerber, great grandchildren; Brady Thomas Pickett and McLain Elizabeth Hunter and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah Woodson and Audrey Brook Escue Bird, brothers and sisters; Freeman Bird, Zelma Henson, Maxine Flagler, Ruth Davis and Jack Byrd.

In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to Central United Methodist Church Building Fund.
