Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Wilson will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Bro. Darrell Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at the Damascus Freewill Baptist Church cemetery. Visitation will be an hour prior to service time. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mary Ellie Wilson, age 86, of Meridian, MS passed away Sunday, September 3rd, 2023, at Anderson's Regional Medical Center.

Mary worked for Dr. William J. Anderson, Jr., and Dr. William J. Anderson, III, in their clinic for twenty-five years as a Registered Nurse. Her greatest love was her daughters, and her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, flower gardening, and watching her favorite teams, the Saints, and the Braves. She was a member of Damascus Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters Cindy Arinder (Steve) and Donna Muir (Jeff); grandchildren, DeAnna Killen McCarver (DeWayne), Dustin Killen, and Tanner Muir; great-grandchildren, Kenna Killen, Archer Killen, Camden McCarver, Brayden McCarver, and Blaine McCarver, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Bobby Lee Wilson, her parents Chester and Dannie Johnson, son-in-law Tim Killen, siblings Sylvia Kynard and Lea Johnson.

Pallbearers will be: DeWayne McCarver, Brayden McCarver, Dwayne Blackmon, Chris James, Dave Wayne Thomas, Purvis Shelton, and Danny Smith.
