Mattie Sue Brown Services for Mattie Sue Brown will be held Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Randy Caldwell officiating. Burial will be in Pine Springs Southern Methodist Cemetery. Mrs. Brown, 86, of the Pine Springs Community, died Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Pine Springs Southern Methodist Church and was retired from Smith's Bakery. Survivors include her sons, David E. Brown and his wife Cheryl of Meridian, Charlie "Ricky" Brown and his wife Betty of Meridian; grandchildren, Matt Brown of Meridian, Ryan Brown and his wife Olivia of Meridian, April Daniels of Gulfport, MS; great-grandchildren, Shantel Brown and Gage Daniels, both of Gulfport, MS; sister, Margaret Brooks of Chickasaw, AL; sister-in-law, Georgia Snowden of the Obadiah Community; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stacy and Lee Ana Snowden; brother, Lamar Snowden; granddaughter, Keli Brown. In lieu of flowers and gifts the family requests memorials be made to Pine Springs Southern Methodist Church. Pallbearers will be Larry Brooks, Terry Brooks, Bruce Brooks, Walter Lee Caldwell, Jerry White, and Doug Weathers. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook at robertbarhamffh.com.
