Michael "Mike" Thompson Graveside services for Michael Thompson will be held Friday, September 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Reverend Wayne Edwards officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Thompson, age 63, of Meridian, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Golden Living Center. He served in the United States Air Force for 16 years and was a member of Midway Baptist Church. He loved his many animals, especially his dog, Buddy. Mike enjoyed bowling, and he also enjoyed meeting his many friends at Queen City Truck Stop for breakfast. Survivors include a very special friend, Heather Varner; niece, Debbie Miles (Danny); nephews, Butch Hawkins (Sue), Kendall Hawkins (Susan), and Bobby Thompson; and numerous great nieces and close friends.
