Michelle Sharp Reed Memorial services for Michelle Sharp Reed will be held Tuesday, July 29, at 7:00 pm, at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Paul Harris officiating, and Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Reed, age 49 of Meridian, passed away after an extended illness at her home. Mrs. Reed was a 1982 graduate of Meridian High School. She earned her master's of nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and had a long career in nursing and home health management. The Mississippi Business Journal named her one of the state's "Top 40 Under 40" in 2003. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and was also an avid animal lover. Survivors include: husband, Eddie Reed; daughter Sarah Kate Pollard; parents, Pat and Irvin Sharp; brother, Ronnie Sharp and wife Wanda; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by: grandparents, Dalma and Ruby Massey and I.D. and Ruby Sharp. The family requests memorials be made to the Faith Baptist Church building fund or to a charity of your choice.
