Services for Mickey Melton will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother David Chandler officiating. Burial will be in Old Marion Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Melton, 48, of Meridian died, Monday, January 11, 2010 at his residence. He was a loving Son, Brother and Uncle. Survivors include his sisters, Linda Boykin and her husband, C.W. of Sumter, SC, Carrie Meyer of Quitman, Delores Wright and her husband, Lee of Meridian, brother, Greg Melton and his wife Tangy of Meridian, father, Everette Melton of Gulfport, MS, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.W. and Mary Keen, and brother, Richard Wilkerson. Pallbearers will be Eric Tindle, Allen Rawson, Justin Rawson, Troy Smith, Daniel Smith, and Wayne Melton. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
