Mildred Adleen P. Collins Funeral services for Mildred Adleen P. Collins will be held Monday, January 19, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Reverend G. Mitchell McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Garden, with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Collins, age 86, of Meridian, passed away Thursday, January 15, at Rush Foundation Hospital. Mildred was a member of Druid Hills Methodist Church. She was a secretary at Fifth Street Methodist Church and Highland Methodist for many years. She was also a skilled seamstress. She loved her family, especially her grandbabies. She was a wonderful example of a strong Christian lady. Survivors include her children, Patricia Reinhold and husband, Glenn, of Meridian, Warren E. Collins, Jr. and wife, Elena, of Biloxi, Mary Jane Bradley and husband, Gene, of Leesburg, AL; grandchildren, Lance Hunter and Ginger Moore and husband, James, of Meridian, Trisha Johnson and husband, Patrick, of Pelham, AL, David Charles Hays III of Tulsa, OK, Kelsey Paige DeSchamps of Gulfport, MS, Susan Ashley and husband, Josh, of Cedar Bluff, AL, and Mary Jean Bradley of Leesburg, AL; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Margrett Logan of Auburn, AL; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Warren Edward Collins, Sr.; her parents, Milas and Fannie Lou Pritchett; brothers, John David Pritchett and Milas Thompson Pritchett. The family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Pallbearers will be Glenn Reinhold, James Moore, Patrick Johnson, Stephen Hunter, Al Collier, and Gene Bradley.
