Mildred C. Harris Payne Memorial Service for Mildred C. Harris Payne will be held at a later date with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Payne, 83, of Meridian died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Meridian Community Living Center. She is survived by two daughters Lou Weathers and husband Billy of Russell; and Tammy Rosewall and husband Kevin of Meridian; five Grandchildren Lynn Lipysc; John Rambo; David Rambo; Scott Rosewall and Josh Rosewall; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Loma Caldwell; a daughter Judy Rambo; husband Melvin Payne and her first husband Louis Harris.
