Funeral Services for Mrs. Millie Lee Butler Turman will begin at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home chapel with Chaplain Michael Gibson, Lewis May, and Reverend Tim Buchanan officiating. Service Music will be provided by Mrs. Natalie Duncan Emmons. Interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Turman, 56, of Toomsuba, died Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Ochsner Rush Medical Center in Meridian.

Lee was a Christian first and foremost. She enjoyed worshipping with her church family when ever her health allowed. She enjoyed Southern Gospel Music and enjoyed traveling to singings whenever she could. In her spare time, she enjoyed word search puzzles and spending time with her friends and family.

Lee is survived by her brother, Nolan Butler (Gloria); her niece, Debbie Haguewood (Teddy); her nephew, Henry Butler; her mother-in-law, Ann Turman; as well as a host of extended family members.

Millie is preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Turman; her parents, Edward and Millie Gunn Butler; and her brother, Charles Henry Butler.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan King, Chris Davidson, Ryan Moseley, Travis Butler, Trent Butler, and Jeffrey Williamson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Clyde Coker, Mike Culpepper, and Dwayne Bowder.

The Butler Family suggests memorials be made as donations to the American Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.

The Butler Family will receive guests from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, December 2, 2024 at the funeral home.
