Minnie Loraine Dean Funeral services for Minnie Loraine Dean will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends James Kimbrough and Brandon Speak officiating. Burial will be at Lockhart Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Dean, age 93, of Lockhart, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014 at Golden Living Center. She was a member of Pine Grove Church of God and Lockhart Church of God and was a faithful witness for Jesus and His love. Loraine enjoyed yard work and gardening , and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Survivors include children, Roy Dean and wife, Jacquline, Deborah Mayfield, and Golda Reisdorph and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Nathan Dean, Elizabeth Dean Ryan and husband, Jubal, Scarlett Dean, Damon Pugh, David Mayfield and wife, Bekah, Daniel Mayfield and wife, Amber, Brandon Mayfield and wife, Lisa, Gwen Gleason-Rohrer and husband, Davy, and Dean Rohrer and wife, Mara; nineteen great-grandchildren; and special nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Dean; son, Stanley Dean; daughter, Derry Dean Pugh; grandchildren, Steven Dean and Rebecca Lynn Dean; her parents, two brothers and two sisters. The family honors her request that memorials be made to the Gideons International. Pallbearers will be Nathan Dean, Damon Pugh, David Mayfield, Daniel Mayfield, Brandon Mayfield, Dustin Rhodes, and Austin Rhodes.
