Our precious Morgan Gail went to her heavenly home on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the age of 36.
She was born to Bruce and Vanessa Roberts on June 5, 1988 in Meridian, MS. Growing up, Morgan was always full of life with a bright smile. She had a kind, sweet heart and was a loyal friend. She graduated from West Lauderdale High School in 2007 and went on to attend Mississippi State University. After college, she returned to Meridian. On January 29, 2021, Morgan married her love, Austin Ray Taylor. She was a devoted wife and loving mother to her children River, Kamryn, and Manning. Her son, River, was the light of her life that made her realize just how much she wanted to be a mother. Kamryn gave Morgan the opportunity to play “dress up” and relive her girly side and Manning held her heart strings knowing this would be her last child. Although she was quiet and serious, she had an inner silly side. She loved shopping, a theme, and Halloween. Morgan truly felt her greatest accomplishment in life were her three children.
Morgan joins her brother, Ben Roberts; her aunt, Melinda Gail Weathers; grandmother, Sue Weathers and great grandmother, Mazell Dees in Heaven.
Morgan is survived by her husband, Austin Taylor; Children, River, Kamryn, and Manning Taylor; her parents, Bruce and Vanessa Roberts; aunts, Billie Stephenson (David) and Tamaria Muirhead (David); many cousins and Austin’s loving family.
“See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared.” Ex. 23:20
