Services for Murry A. Weatherford will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Wayne Edwards, Dr. Stanley Weatherford, and Dr. Keith Grubbs officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Neshoba County with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Weatherford, 84, of Meridian, died Friday, February 26, 2010 at his family residence. He was born August 6, 1925 to Henry H. and Maudie B. Weatherford in Neshoba County, where he made his home until moving to Meridian in 1961. Mr. Weatherford was retired from Mississippi Department of Transportation. He was an active member of Midway Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during W.W.II., serving three years overseas. He loved the outdoors, gardening, hunting and fishing. Mr. Weatherford is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Frances Wells Weatherford, a son, Gary Weatherford, and his wife Linda, of Meridian, daughter, Lynn Donaldson, of Panama City Beach FL, grandsons, Robbie Donaldson(Chris), Danny Weatherford(Michelle), and Kaspars Donaldson, granddaughters, Jennifer D'Avella (Chris), Pam Jordan(Craig), great grandsons, Josh Graham, Luke Donaldson, and Parker Weatherford, great granddaughters, Ashley Jordan, Jesslyn Jordan, Anna Claire Jordan, Savannah Adcock, Sydney D'Avella and Gracie Weatherford. Visitation will be Saturday 6-8 at the Funeral Home.
