Nancy Sue Snowden

Nancy Sue Snowden, 74, of Meridian (wife of W.D. (Bill) Snowden who retired from Roadway Express; CB handle “King Kong”) passed away peacefully in her home on October 9, 2024.  Nancy was preceded in death by her two sons, mother, father and 7 siblings.

Nancy’s strong Christian values were evident for her entire life, always helping anyone in need. She loved to share her love of Jesus with everyone. She was a member of Hawkins United Methodist Church, where she volunteered for many positions. She was the hardest working and most loving woman her family has ever known and will be missed until we are reunited in Heaven.

Nancy leaves behind her loving husband, 2 daughters; Becky (Joe) Renko of Ooltewah, TN and Kristine (Kenneth) Walker of Philadelphia, MS along with a nephew and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
