Nelson Kane Humphreys Services for Nelson Kane Humphreys will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 3:30 p.m. at Clarke-Venable Baptist Church in Decatur, with Reverend Scott Wright and Reverend Mark Vincent officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Humphreys, 34, of Decatur died Sunday, April 21, 2013, at his residence. Mr. Humphreys graduated with a bachelor degree from Oregon University. He worked as a claim adjuster in the insurance industry. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing and music. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle and good friend. Survivors include his mother, Sandra Hartzler and step-dad Larry; father, Jimmy Humphreys and step-mom Voncille; sister Kori Humphreys; niece, Kelsie Mann; nephew, Jake Morgan, Jr. and numerous other relatives.
