Norman Arthur Martin Services for Norman Arthur Martin will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverends Mike Boles, Davey Wilkinson, and Ryan Moore officiating. Burial will be in Causeyville Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Martin, 66, of Causeyville, died Sunday, March 2, 2014 at his residence. He was employed with Shubuta Tie and Timber for 28 years and was a member of the Evangel Temple. Mr. Martin was actively involved in community activities and fundraisers, including the Causeyville Volunteer Fire Dept. and Causeyville Summer League Baseball. He was a loving father, grandfather and uncle. Mr. Martin just celebrated his birthday with his family. He will be greatly missed by his family, especially his granddaughters. Survivors include his son, Corey Martin and wife Niki; granddaughters, Madi and Ally Martin; sisters, Lynda Irby, Dianne Murphy and her husband Wallace; nieces, Lisa Williams and her husband Dickey, Nicole Miller and her husband Ben; nephew, Marcus Irby and his wife Lisa; great-nephew, Mason Irby; great-nieces, Morgan Williams, Madison Irby and Mackenzie Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Martin and Dora Ree Martin. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Shirley, Wayne Johnson, Wayne Raley, Ben Miller, Dickey Williams, and Donnie Simmons.
