Patricia "Tish" Shelton Funeral services for Patricia "Tish" Shelton will be held Friday, May 1, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Coker's Chapel United Methodist Church with Reverends Jerry Johnson, Jim Gordon, and Jerry McMullen officiating. Burial will be at Coker's Chapel United Methodist Church cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Shelton, age 80, of the Vimville Community, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Cathedral Assembly of God Church. She retired from Lockheed Martin after 23 years of service. Survivors include her loving husband of 39 years, Jearold Shelton; three children, Pamela Murray Wilson (Ronald), Carl E. Murray, Jr, and Tim Murray (Sonja); grandchildren, Laura Wilson Leonard (Kenneth), Jennifer Wilson, and Emily Grace Murray; great-grandchildren, Kyle and Cooper Leonard; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Pansy McDonald; brothers, Austin "Buck" McDonald, Lamar McDonald, and Larry McDonald; sisters, Bonnie Jean Boeckem and Sharon Sturdivant; her first husband, Carl Ed Murray, Sr. The family request memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 196 Charmant Drive, Suite 4, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
