Patrick Milton Watson Graveside service for Patrick Milton Watson will be held Saturday, September 15, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, with Reverend Danny Davis officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Watson, 78, of Meridian died September 13, 2012, at Specialty Hospital. He was born December 2, 1933, in Complete, Mississippi. Mr. Watson was drafted in the Army during the 1950's. He spent two years stationed in Alaska. In the early 1960's, he began working with Smith's Bakery and worked for over thirty years at the bakery. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and a kind loving person and true friend to many. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. The family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses, medical personnel and any other act of kindness shown during his illness. Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-six years, Hilda Talbert Watson; daughters Pam Boyd and Dawn Ridgdell and husband Bruce; grandchildren Meghan B. Ward and husband Kevin, Morgan Ridgdell; brothers Steve Shehea and David Willard Watson, Jr.; sisters Marsha Teaster and Lynn W. Frost and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Leneve Shehee Watson and Frank Shehee; adoptive father David Willard Watson, Sr.; sister Betsy Faulkner and brother Mike Morgan. Pallbearers will be Jerry Robinson, Bruce Ridgdell, Kevin Ward, Danny Todd, Johnny Mars, Nolan Butler and Steve Shehea. Honorary pallbearers will be Cecil Stewart and C.M. Mars Family and friends may sign the online guest book at robertbarhamffh.com. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
