Paul R. Harris

A visitation for Paul R. Harris will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church. A service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Harris, 84, of Meridian passed away on April 19. 2014. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Harris graduated from Indiana University and received an MBA from the University of Chicago. He was a sales executive in material handling equipment and was a member of the Rotary Club and received Rotarian of the Year in Mobile and was also a member of the Rotary Club in Meridian. He was a member and a board member of the Salvation Army in Mobile and Meridian.

Survivors include his daughter, Holly Copeland and husband Bill; son, Rob Harris and wife Lorena; grandchildren, Dru Copeland and wife Guzel and Lesley Copeland and brother, Jim Harris and wife Betty and special friend Majel Slade.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul R. and Ruth Harris and brother, Bob Harris.
