Paul G. Stevens

Funeral services for Mr. Paul Stevens will be held Friday, March 30, 2018, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home at 11:00am, with Rev. John Branning and Rev. Dennis Gossett officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Stevens, age 65, of Meridian, passed away March 25, 2018, at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Stevens was born in Orange, Texas, but he grew up in Meridian. He worked for Cobb Construction. Later, he took a job working for Lauderdale County Road Unit, from which he retired after thirty-one years of employment.

He is survived by his son, Paul Justin Stevens; grandchildren, Paul Brendan Stevens and Mary Margaret Stevens; mother, Ruby Stevens Robinson; one sister, Candy Stevens Thomas; one niece, Summer Ashley Thomas; one great-niece, Lilly Thomas; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Stevens.

The family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society and/or the American Heart Association.
