Paul "Terry" Trawick Funeral services for Terry Trawick will be held Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Richie Davis officiating. Burial will be at Magnolia Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Trawick, age 73, of Meridian passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Terry served his country in the United States Air Force and retired from Georgia Pacific paper mill in Pennington, Alabama after 38 and a half years. He was a deacon at Westwood Baptist Church and was involved in mission work, including mission trips to Panama and Columbia. Mr. Trawick loved sports, especially the Cubs and Alabama. He was a loving husband, daddy, and granddaddy and will be dearly missed. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Sue Davis Trawick; children, Stephen Terry (Kami) Trawick, Kevin Christopher (Gina) Trawick, and Susan "Lucy" Bounds and her fiancé, Nathan Shaw; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Gwen Trawick; and sister, Marsha Harrell. The family requests memorials are made to Westwood Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society. Pallbearers will be Terry Dearman, Sonny Hopkins, Bill Carpenter, James Farrior, George Culpepper, Jonathan Davis, Tyler Harrell, and Travis Goodwin.
