Peggy Jane Hall Tanner Graveside services for Peggy Jane Hall Tanner will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Bill Webb officiating with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Peggy Jane Hall Tanner, age 72, of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Baptist Hospital. Mrs. Peggy Jane Hall Tanner attended Flour Bluff High School, Flour Bluff,Texas and received her degree in Business from Durham's College. Mrs. Tanner worked as an accountant for Lamar, Kemp & Swain and retired as an accountant from Lamar, Kemp & Swain. Mrs. Tanner was a member of First Baptist Church of Maumelle, Arkansas. Survivors include, three sisters: Jewel Margaret Singleton of Willis, Texas, Betty Lou Hampton of Flour Bluff, Texas and Jimmie Elaine Ford of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sons: Martin Douglas Tanner of Maumelle, Arkansas and William Ralph Tanner of Bishop, Texas; two daughters-in-law: Jackie Jo Tanner of Maumelle, Arkansas and Christina Marie Tanner of Bishop, Texas; six grandchildren: Tate Richardson Tanner & Darby Hall Tanner of Maumelle, Arkansas, Alejandro Jose Almeida Tanner of Bishop, Texas, Donald Eugene Tanner, III, Daniel E. Tanner & Elisheba Tanner of San Antonio, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Douglas Hall and her mother, Maulcie Marie Hall of Flour Bluff, Texas, her husband, Donald Eugene Tanner, Sr .of Maumelle, Arkansas and her son, Donald Eugene Tanner, Jr. of Louisa, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to New Hope Baptist, Meridian, MS. Pallbearers will be Martin Douglas Tanner, Tate Richardson Tanner, William Ralph Tanner, Alejandro Jose Almeida Tanner, and Robert Livingston.
