Peggy Honeycutt

Memorial services for Mrs. Peggy Honeycutt will begin at 2:30 PM on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Morris officiating.  Visitation will begin an hour prior to service time.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Peggy Honeycutt, age 70, of Meridian, MS passed away at her home surrounded by her family.

Peggy and her husband, Rick, owned and operated Service, Sales, and Manufacturing Inc. for twenty years.  Peggy was MeMe to her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.  In her spare time, she loved to paint and draw.  She was also very talented at home decorating and design.

She is survived by her children, Crystal Burford (David), Lacey Truett (James), Gary Joyner, Jr. (Theresa), Brandi McLelland (Ronnie), and April Myles (Lance); her mother, Ila Mae Mann; her sisters, Doris Butler (Peewee) and Rita Lindsey; her brothers, Larry Mann (Kathy) and Bruce Mann (Melanie); her grandchildren, Alan, Cameron, Alex, Devin, Michael, Alexa, Destiney, Chris, Addison, and Kinsley; her four great-grandchildren, Presley, Maddox, Kensington, and Alexandria; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rick Honeycutt; and her father, Willard Mann.

The family would like to thank friends and co-workers for their thoughts and prayers.  They would also like to express their appreciation to the Accent Care Hospice nurses and caregivers who cared for their mother, as well as the staff of Brown’s Family Sitting Service.
